Shane Pochard, President - spochard@fcsboard.findlaycityschools.org

Shane Pochard was elected to the Findlay Board of Education in November, 2009. Shane is currently employed with Marathon Petroleum Company LLC as a Communications Manager in the Public Affairs organization. Mr. Pochard graduated from Christian Brothers University in 1995 with a B.A. in Communications & Management.

Shane has been actively involved with Findlay City Schools. He has been a Washington Intermediate School’s reading program volunteer, and a Lincoln Elementary School’s LAMP program volunteer. Mr. Pochard is currently a Findlay Youth Baseball volunteer coach, and has also volunteered as a Findlay YMCA Gray-Y Basketball coach and a Flag City Youth Football coach.

Mr. Pochard resides in Findlay with his wife, Renee, and their two children.


 

Barbara Dysinger, Vice President - bdysinger@fcsboard.findlaycityschools.org

Barbara Dysinger has been a member since 2006, when she was appointed to fill the unexpired term of John Cavallero. She was re-elected in November, 2007, to complete the unexpired term. She has served as president in 2008, 2009, and 2015.

Mrs. Dysinger grew up in Findlay and graduated from Findlay High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Scholastic Society. She was employed by Findlay City Schools as a high school English teacher, earned a Masters Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University in 1980 with certification in counseling and was then employed as the first Elementary Guidance Counselor for Findlay City Schools. She enjoyed teaching "Secrets," a self-esteem class for children in grades three through six, for 25 years.

Mrs. Dysinger earned her private counseling license from the State of Ohio in 1986 and has been in private practice for twenty-sevent (27) years. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Ohio Counseling Association.

Community involvement includes membership at St. Andrews United Methodist Church, where she served as a children’s choir director for 27 years. She is a member of Findlay Rotary Club and served as president in 2002-2003. She received the inaugural Ed Heminger Hero Award in 2015. She was a member of the ADAMHS Board from 1999 to 2005 and was president from 2004-2005. She served a three year term on the Century Health Board and was president in 2007-2008. She also served three years on the CASA/GAL Board. In 1985, she received the Athena Award for women.

Mrs. Dysinger resides with her husband, Jim, in Findlay, Ohio and is the mother of two adult children, Carrie Bice and Matthew Dysinger, and the grandmother of three, Tyler Bice, and Rachel and Melissa Dysinger.

 

Jane Robertson - jrobertson@fcsboard.findlaycityschools.org

Jane Robertson was elected to the Findlay Board of Education in November, 2011. Mrs. Robertson is currently employed with Institutional Care Pharmacy as the Administrator of Human Resources. There she manages Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, and Employee Relations. She is a graduate of Anthony Wayne High School. She furthered her education at Ohio University by obtaining a BBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA in Management Information Systems. After moving to Findlay, Jane obtained her Masters of Business Administration from The University of Findlay. She has taught both at Owens Community College and Tiffin University.

Mrs. Robertson was actively involved with Findlay City Schools, when her children were in school. She is currently involved in ministries at St. Michael Parish, where she attends service regularly. She is involved in various community events, specifically running events where proceeds benefit local charities.

Mrs. Robertson resides in Findlay with her husband Brian. Jane and Brian have two adult children.


 

Kathy Siebenaler Wilson - kathysw@fcsboard.findlaycityschools.org

Kathy Siebenaler Wilson was elected to the Findlay City Board of Education in January, 2012. Dr. Siebenaler Wilson has spent a total of 34 years in education, including serving as a Findlay High School teacher for 13 years. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Administration and continued to teach as an assistant professor in the College of Business Administration at Bowling Green State University for six years. She then returned to Findlay City Schools as an administrator for 10 years as the Assistant Director and then Director of Millstream Career & Technology Center. Dr. Siebenaler Wilson currently serves as the Director of Field Experience at Bowling Green State University. BGSU's Office of Research and Field Experiences won the Outstanding Field Experiences Office Award from the Ohio Association of Collegiate Teachers Association in 2010.

Dr. Siebenaler Wilson grew up in the neighboring community of Defiance, Ohio, and moved to Findlay in 1977. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education degrees from Bowling Green State University. During her years in Findlay, she has been a member of various Findlay City Schools Strategic Planning Committees, Findlay High School "Challenge Day" parent participant, member of Wilson Vance and Central Middle School PTOs, and as the Director of Millstream Career & Technology Center, was a United Way Day of Caring Sponsor with 200-300 students participating in community service for five years.

During her days of teaching at Findlay High School, Dr. Siebenaler Wilson was the Findlay High School Marching Band majorette coach for 15 years, and was the founder of the Findlay High School Trojanette Drill Team and Entourage Co-Ed Dance Team for 14 years. Now as a parent in the Findlay City School System, she supports the Findlay Trojan Club and the Findlay Music Boosters.

Community involvement includes participation in the Findlay Area Hockey Association and the Findlay Silver Blades Ice Skating Club. She has been a recipient of the 2008 Owens Community College Partnership Award and a Business & Professional Women of Findlay/Hancock Co. Honoree-Education Division. Previously, she received a Bowling Green State University College of Education Distinguished Alumni Award and the BGSU Presidents Distinguished Service Award.

Dr. Siebenaler Wilson resides in Findlay and is the proud of mother of twins, Shelby and Logan, who attended Findlay High School.


 

Chris Aldrich - caldrich@fcsboard.findlaycityschools.org

Chris Aldrich was elected to the Findlay Board of Education in November, 2015. Mr. Aldrich is currently a Senior Corrosion Specialist with Marathon Pipe Line LLC. Mr. Aldrich graduated from Kilgore College and Stephen F. Austin State University in Corrosion Technology.

Mr. Aldrich is also involved in the National Association of Corrosion Engineers and has been the chairman of multiple technical committees. More recently, he is the chairman of the Specific Technical Group that provides industry standards and guidance for managing pipeline integrity.

Mr. Aldrich has been actively involved in the Findlay City Schools through volunteer activities. He also volunteers at church on the Missions Team and in the Children's Ministry programs.

Mr. Aldrich resides in Findlay with his wife, Carrie, and their two children.
